BB IT RBSOLVBD Uy the Vil].dge Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County Minnesota, as follows:
ParagrapY~ 3 of Resolution #1455 of this Village adopted on
November l~, 195? is hereby amended to read as follows:
"3. It is therefore, determined to grant a special use permit
to the Parish'of St.. Richard for the establf~ment of such tempor-
ary buildings,. five in number, on the property of the Parish of
St. Richard. In accordance with the applicatson the following con-
ditions sha11 be applicable to such speci-a.i use permit:"'
