PbLICE ~1ND FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE 1958 BIlpGBT
tM1}HERBAS, Resolution No,. 1475 pa§sed by the Village Council of-the
Village of Richfield on December 17, 1957 carried certain changes in'the
budget: for 1958 as adopted on Reno lution No.. 2435 dated September 26,
1957, and
WHBREAS, it is necessary to provide financing for the aforesaid changes,
NOW THBREF~tB BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the appropriations for Employee services of the Police
Department in the amount bf $124,852.00 and of the Pire Depart-
ment in the amount of $59,978,00 as approved by the Village
Council on September 1?„ 1957 is hereby cancelled.
2. That the appropriations for employee services as set forth
in the following sections be substituted therefore and be in-
serted in the proper budget detail of the 1958 budget:

3. That the increases for Employee Services in the Police and Fire
Departments in the amount of $3246.00 be provided from the contingency
appropriation of the General Fund.
4. That the Director of Finance be authorized to take all steps
necessary to bring into effect the provisions of this resolution.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 13th
day of January, 1958.
