BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VlLLAQE OF RICHFIELD A9
FOLLOWS:
I. TMAT TMtE PROPOSED PLAT OF SMIEJA~9 3RD ADDITION IS HEREBY APPROVED
SUBJECT TO AND UPON COMPLETION OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SUBDIVIDERS CONTRACT
FOR SUCH ADDITION AS HEREINAFTER AUTHORIZED.
2. THAT THE PROP08E0 SUBDiV)flER~S CONTRACT FOR TWE DEVELOPMENT OF BAtD
SUBDIVISION, BEARINt3 CONTRACT NO. 427, BE GIVEN CLERKS FILE NO.,~~`
BE PLACED ON FlLE~ TWAT THE SAME BE APPROVED AND THAT THE MAYOR AND ANAQER
BE AUTHORIZED TO S18N SAID CONTRACT AND THE CLERK BE AUTHORIZED TO SEAL THE
SAME FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THIS VILLAGE.
3. THAT THE PUBLIC CONTRACTOR~3 BOND FOR PERFORMANCE OF TWE CONDITIONS
OF THE SAID SUBDIViDER~B CONTRACT 1N THE AMOUNT OF THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
{$3,400.Q0) DOLLARS, ON WHICH THE ST. PAUL FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY,
ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA, APPEARS AS SURETY, IS HEREBY APPROVED.
4. THAT RESPONSIBtL1T Y FOR ALL PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS AND OTHER PUBLIC
WAYS SWALL NOT BE ASSUMED BY TW18 VILLA~iE UNTIL FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK
ON SUCH PROPERTY BY THIS COUNCIL; AND UNTIL SUCW TIME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR
SUCH STREETS SHALL BE THAT OF THE DEVELOPER OF SAID SUBDIVtStON.
