RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL- AMOUA}'T
IN THB 1957 BUDGET POR THE CONTINGENCY APPRO-
PRIATION OP THE GENEREI. PUND AND TRA~PERRING
SUCH APPROPRIATION TO THE PARK POND
HE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the actual revenues of the
Village of Richfield from all sources exceed the estimated revenues
for the year 1957 by at least the sum of $3$,500s00,
2. It is hereby determined necessary to increase the Contingen-
cy Appropriation by the sum of $38,5-00..00.
' 3. It is hereby determined necessary to transfer said sum of
$3$x500.00 into the Park Fund and appropriate same for the purposes
set for th in Resolution No.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
9th day of December, 1957.
