AND UPON COMPLETION OF PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT FOR SUCH OFF-STREET PARKINQ
AS HEREINAFTER AUTHORIZED.
2. TMAT THE PROPOSED OFF-STREET PARKING CONTRACT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
SAID OFF-STREET PARKINQ AREA BEARING CONTRACT NO, 4i9~ BE GIVEN CLERKt3 FILE
NO. C 4752 ~ BE PLACED ON FILE AND THAT THE MAYOR AND MANAGER BE AUTHOR-
ICED TO SIGN SAID CONTRACT AND THE CLERK BE AUTHORIZED TO SEAL THE SAME FOR AND
ON BEHALF OF THIS VILLAGE.
3. THAT THE OFF-STREET PARKING OPERATORtS BONG FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE CON-
DITION9 OF SAID OFF-STREET PARKINQ CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND
($1000.00) DOLLARS ON WHICH THE ST. PAUL FIRE & MARINE INSURANCE COMPANYt III
