RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSPER OP APPROPRIATiCild
PROM THE CONTINGBA'CY ACCOUNT TO THB CAPITAL OUTLAY
AND MAYOR-COUNCIL ACCOUNT OP THB GBNARAL PUND IN
THE 1957 BUDGAT
WHEREAS,, anticipated l~iayor-Council expenditures for the
balance of the yeas will exceed the amount appropriated in the 1957
budget by $1600.00,. and
WHEREAS,. anticipated capital outlay expenditures for the
balance of the year wi11 exceed the amount appropriated in the 1957
budget by $1:650.0.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOLVBD by the Village Council of
the Village of Richfield,
1. That appropriation balances be transferred from the con-
tingency account to the Mayor-Council and Capital Outlay account in
the amounts stated above.
2. That the Director of Finance do all things necessary
to bring into effect the provisions of this transfer.
