1~ That the Council authorize the release of the following
security heretofore pledged as collateral by the Northwestern

$200,000 U.S. Treasury Notes, 4%, due August 1, 1961 tS .K.F. 360)
$ 28,000 U.S. Treasury Notes, 1 7/80, due Feb.. 15, 1959 (S.K.F. 24170)
2. That the Director of Finance be authorized to do all things
n8cessary to effect this release.
