saddened by the sudden passing of James J. Demos,. and

after to know of the place of high regard he had won in this cammun-
ity,
NOW, THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
diliage of Richfield: '
That this council, on its own behalf and on behalf of all
Richfield,, expresses its great pride in having had James J. Demos
in -our community,- and its most sincere sympathy to his wife for their
loss.
That a copy of this resolution be recorded and preserved in the
permanent minutes of this council.
Passed by the council of the Village of Richfield this 14th
