RESOLUTION NO. 1434
R1SOLtJTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THB TRANSFBR
OF FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGEA~Y APPROPRIATION OF THB
GBIVERAL FUND TO THB PARK FUND
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable to do certain grading in the
block surrounded by 67th Street and 68th StreetA Thomas Avenue and
Upton Avenue, and
WHBREA~,, no appropriation was made in the 1957 budget to•pro-
vide funds for such work,
NOW THEREFORE BB IT RESOLVED by the village council of the
Village of Richfield
1. That there be and there hereby is authorized a transfer in
the sum of $1000 from the Contingency Appropriation of the General
Fund to the Park Fund to defray the costs of grading the block sur-
rounded by 67th and 68th Streets, Thomas and Upton Avenues.
2. That the Director of Finance be and he hereby is author-
ized to do all things necessary to effect the provisions of this
reso iution..
