RESOLUTION PROVIDING ADDITIONAL AD VALORBM TAX
LEVY IN THB 1953 SE[~VER IMPROVEM]1+}T BONDS' AND
IMPROVBMENT BONDS OF 1953, SERIES B, SINKING FUND
i~HEREAS, anticipated collection of special assessments and taxes
for the Sewer Improvement Bonds of 1953 and Improvement Bonds of 1953,
Series B, during the year 195? is the sum of $175,.313.28, and
WHEREAS;. payment of principal and interest for the same period
will be $181,.337.50,. and
I~HBRBAS, there are no additional revenues to be xeceived in the
year 195? or subsequent years so as to corremt the excess of payments
over revenues, and
t~IBRBAS., tax levies and assessments should produce at least 5°Io
in excess of amounts needed to meet principal and interest payments"
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the
• Village of Richfield as follows::
_ 1. That an additional ad valorem tax be levied on all general.
property in the Village of Richfield as follows: "
$15;000 in each year, 1957 through 1966. ~,-

2.• That the village clerk is authorized and directed to place
with the county auditor, a certified copy of this resolution.
