RHSOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OP PUND5 PROM THE CON
TINGENCY APPROPRIATION OP THH GENERAL PUND TO THE STREET
APPROPRIATION OP THB GBNEREL PUND IN 'IHB AMOUNT OP $6379.00
Wfi13RBAS, a contract .has been let to Kehne Hlectric Company for the
installation of traffic signals at the intersection of Portland Avenue
and 67th Street in the amount of $6,379.00, and
~~I3ERFAS, no apgropriation was.-provided in the 1957 budget for this
purpose,
NO~a THBREFORH, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield as follows:
1. That the sum of $6,,379.00 be and it hereby is transferred from
the Contingency Appropriation of the General Fund to the Street Appropri-
ation of the General Pund.
2. That the Director of Finance be and he hereby is authorized to
do all things necessary to effect the provisions of this resolution.
