[n~JBREAS, it is hereby deemed necessary to have part time men in
the parks during September and October because of mowing, instal ling play-
ground equipment, repairing warming .houses and rebuilding hockey rink boards,
and
WHEREAS, such work wi11 require the hiring of four laborers for
September and two laborers for October of 1957, and
WHEREAS,. this additional work was not anticipated in the prepara-

lion of the 1957 budget,
NOW THEREPORB,. BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the Village of
Richfield, that
1. Additional monies in the amount of $2000.00 be made available
in the Park Pund by transfer from the Contingency Appropriation of the
General Fund.
2. That said $2000.00 is hereby appropriated to the temporary
salaries abject of.expenditure classification of the Park. Pund.
