RESOLUTION AUTeiORIZING AGKEEMENT tnnTH N~3~T~iERN

BE IT RE50LVED By the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The proposed agreement with Northern Air Conditioning
Company for servicing of the air conditioning system at the
Municipal Liquor Store is hereby given Clerk s Fiie No. 4685
and is hereby ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be in the best interests
of the village to execute said agreement and the same is
hereby approved.
3. The Mayor, ~sa.nager and Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute s~~id agreement for and on behalf of
the Village of Richf field.
4. All sums payable pursuant to the provisions of said
agreement shall be payable out of the Municipal Liquor Store
Fund.
