1. The offer of the owner of the property needed for the
right-of-way for the south one-half of ??th Street between 10th
and 11th Avenues, to convey said rightrof-way to the Village, in
consideration of the. sum_ of $500.00 and in further considerati,oh
of the covenants not to assess his abutting property by reason
of the grading of said portion of ??th Street is hereby determined
to be a fair and reasonable offer and the same is hereby accepted.
2. The Mayor, Manager, Finance Officer and Attorney are
hereby authorized aad directed to take such steps as map be
ne cessaoffer statedeinaparagraph Oneyhereofcordance with terms
of the
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfie~.d,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
3. All sums due and payable for such right-of-way, in-
clud ing the amount which would otherwise be specially assessed
against the property lying south of ??th Street between 10th
and llth t~venues, shall be transferred from the Contingency Ap-
propriation to the Street Appropriation of the General Fund and
be charged against the Street Appropriation.
