RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR BURGLAR
ALARM SYSTEM -CEDAR ,VENUE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR
STORE
BE IT ~tESOLVED by the. Village Council of the Village of Richfield
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed agreement dated August 19, 195?, between the
Village of Richfield and Electro Watchman, Inc. is hereby given
Clerk's File N0. 4668 , and ordered to be placed on file.
2. Tt is hereby determined to be in the best interest of
the Village, for the protection of Village property and personnel
to enter into said agreement.
3. The Mayor, Manager and Council are hereby authorized
anc' directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
Village of Richfield. The Village Finance Officer is hereby
authorized aacl directed to make such payments as are necessary
pursuant to provisions of said agreement.
4. All sums to be paid pursuant to the provisions of said
agreement shall be paid out of the Lis~uor Store Fund.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
26th day of August, 1957.
