RESOLUTION ~tELAT1NG TO PROPOSED SEWER PROJECT -

BE IT RESOLVED $y the Village Counci 1 of the Village of Rich-
field, i~ennep~n ;County, I~innesota~ as follows:
1~ This Council hereby expresses its desire to be in-
cluded in a storm sewer protect together with the Village of
Bloomington and the Minnesota H~.ghway Department, which pro-
j ect would provide for the drainage o f s form water in the area
west of Lyndale Avenue ad jacent ~ to r~ighway lOQ. This project
is designed by the Minnesota Highway Department as S.P.
2785-02 (F.A.I..393-1).
2, The Village Manager is .hereby authorized and directed
to notify the 141innesota Highway "vepartment and the Village, of
Bloomington that this village desires ~o be included in said
project and to request that the necessary plans be prepared
accordingly,
