RESOLUTION N0. 1407
RESOLUTION RELATING TO PitOPOSED S~i'Ot~tl~: SEWER r~tOJECT
CEDAR AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Rich-
field, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. This Council hereby expresses its desire to be in-
cluded in a storm sewer project, together with the Minneaota
aiighway Department, which project would provide for the
drainage of storm water in the area adjacent to Cedar avenue.
This project is designated b the Minnesota Highway Department
as S.P. 2758-03 (T.ii. 36-279.
2. The Village biana~er is hereby authorized and directed
to notify the Minnesota d-iighway Department that this village
desires to be included in said project and to request that
the necessary plans be prepared accordingly.
Adopted .by the Village Council of the Village of Rich-
field this 26th day of t~ugust, 1957..
