RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 23, 1957
ON T'ROPOSED REVISED ASSESSMENT ROLL,
VILLAGE PROJECT N0 327
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1381 passed bg the council on the 22nd
dag of Julg, 1957, the village c3.erk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cast of the Revised Assessment Roll, Village Project
No. 327, and
• WHEREAS, the village clerk has not3,fied the council that such pro-
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for pub].:ic
inspection.
NOW T.FII~REFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Village counci]. of the
V3.11age of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 23rd dag of September,
1957, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30
oTClock P.M., to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and
place all persons owning propertg affected by such improvement wi11 be
.given an opportunity to be heard with refer®nce to such 3.:nprovement.
2, The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
-hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the offi---
cial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall
state in the notice the total cost of the improvement is the amount
of $~.3b, 880.78.
