RESOLUTION AUTt~ORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH
KORNER DISPLAY, INC .
BE IT RESOLVED. by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Henne pin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed agreement entitled "Agreement With Korner Displays,
Inc. Relating to Litterbug Receptac7,es", dated August 12, 1957, be-
tween the Village of Richfield and.Korner Displays, inc., relating
to the location of rubbish disposal containers on public right-of -way
and public property is hereby given Clerk's File No. 4648 and is
ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare for the
Village of Richfield to enter into said agrdement. Such agreement
is hereby approved.
3. The Mayor, Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of the Village
of Richfield, and the Village Manager and the administrative staff
are hereby authorized and directed to provide for the location of
rubbish disposal receptacles on public right-of-way and Village
property in accordance with provisions of such agreement.
