ON P~APOSED ASSESSMENT FOR 1956 ANNnAL STREET
TMPRfSHNNNRiT AND OILING PROGRAM, PILLAGE PROJECT NO. 328
WH1NtEAS~ by Resolution Noy 1376 passed by the council oa the 22nd
day of July,.1957, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
asses~ttent of the cost of the 1956 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling
Program, 9iU,age Project No. 328, and
WHEREAS, the village c~.erk has notified the council that such pro-
posed assessment has been completed. and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW TH~EFORL, BE IT RESOLVED by the 9illage council of the
Village of:Richfield,, ~3innesota, as follows:
1.. ,A pub3.3.c hearing shalt be held on the- 9th day of September,
1957, in the council ohambers of the Richfield Village Ha11 at ~,a30
o~clock_P.M. to pees upon such proposed assessment and at such tame and
place all persons owning property off®cted by such improvement w311:be
given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improve~at.
2,. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published 'i~iits~ iau the offi-
cial newspaper at least two w®eks prior to the hearing, and he shall
state ~n the .notice the total cost of the improvement in the amount
of X109,656.30«
