RESOLUTION N0. 1395
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
FROM CONTINGENCY TO MUNICIPAL~COURT BUDGET FOR 195?
WHEREAS, actual expenditures to date for office materials end
supplies in the Municipal Court have equalled the budget estimate of
$300.00, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to purchase an additional supply of
traffic violation tags, and
WHBRFA~, the cost of tags and other supplies will require an
additional appropriation,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village .council of the Village
of Rich€ield as follows:
1. That an appropriation for other current expenses in the amount
of $300.00 be transferred from Contingency to the Municipal Court..
2. That the director of finance be and he hereby is directed to
do all things necessary to effect the provisions of this ordinance.
