'°14?a~ 8'1 f I RESOLUTION N0. 1381 RBSOLUTTON DECLARING ASSESSMENTS ON VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 327 AND 327 EXCBsSIVB AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED RBVIS ED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHBREA~, It is hereby determined that the actual costs of Village Pro- ject No, 327 and 327 A are $4bb,.05?.50, and T~-7BREAS, Developers have paid $29,17b.72 resulting in a net cost of $436,880.78, and T~HEREAS, The amount of assessment to be spread by the County Auditor was $501,129.52, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Richf field, 1. That by reason of the foregoing it is hereby determined that the assessments for Village Projects No. 32? and 327 Aare excessive. 2. And, by reason of the foregoing, the Village Clerkp with the assistance of the Village Engineer, tali forthwith calculate the proper revised amount'to specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel'of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation! as proved by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed revised assessment in his office for public inspection. 3; The clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed revised assess went, notify the council thereof.
