RESOLUTION NO. 1380
RESOLUTION RELATING TO SPECIAL ASSHS5MBNTS,
69TH STREET AT LONGPELLOW AND 19TH AVENUES
BE IT RESOI*VBD By the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows:
1. A special assessment against the property of Mr. Anthony Heisler
for the construction of Village Project No. 3.2? is hereby determined to
have been erroneously made by reason of change orders, and such special
assessment in the sum of $4,037 is hereby cancelled. The Village Manager,
Mayor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to take such ac-
tion as may be necessary to refund any portions of the assessment for
said improvement paid by said Anthony Heisler in respect to such property.
2. A special assessment is hereby levied against said property of
said Anthony Heisler by reason of the construction of a sanitary sewer '
lateral from 69th Street south to the diagonal sanitary sewer trunkliner
together with the construction of eight service connections. The aunt
of su ch special assessment shall be $2,055. Such construction having been
made as a part of Village Project No. 230, the proceeds of such special
assessment shall be paid into the Bond Sinking Pund of the bond issue which
was used in the financing of said Project No. 230. Such special assess-
went sh all be ma.ote in 17 equal annual installments with interest on the
unpaid principal balance at the rate of 6% per annum, computed in accord-
ance with the applicable statutory provisions.
3. The property hereinbefore referred to is described as follows
to wit:

a point in North line thereof distant 375.75 feet West from the
Northeast corner thereof to a point in the South line of the SW~
o"f the SWa distant 258.23 feet East from the 5W corner thereof,
