I SEWER ASSESSMENTS FOR VILLA(}E PROJECT
No. 290
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village bf
Richfield, Hennepin County, Pgirmesota, as follows
. 1. T t is hereby determined that axi error was ctlrarn3.tted in
the assessment on the three tracts of land hereinafter described 3:risofar
as the Village Project (storm Sewer} No. 290 was concerned, it appea~3rig
to this Council that said three pareels~ o$ laazd are not fu]ly served by
reason of said storm sewer Pro3ect.No. 290.
2. In order tv reduce the assessments on said tracts of land
so that such assessments shall. correspond with the amount of benefits
actually received by the constructa.on of Village Pro~eet No. 290, th®
following ad3ustanents in special assessments for such prv3ect are
hereby authorized:
Plat 1.x.826, Farcel 3514 in the original amount
of ~~.53.17 is hereby reduced to a ~.ance of X167.88.
This is to be in addition to the ~l~5.32 which has
been paid. It shall be assessed in equal annual
installments for eighteen years with interest an ~kie
principal- at the rate of 6~ per annum.
Plat t~4826, Parcel 3800 in the original amount of
X339.65 is hereby reduced to a balance of X1141.36.
7h3.s is to be in addition to the X33.96 which has been
paid. It shat'!. be assessed in equal annual install-
ments for eighteen years with interest on the principal
at the rate of 6~ per annum.
Plat l4t~.$2b, Parcel Za600 in the orig3.na1 mount of
X650.38 is hereby reduced to a balance of X270.68.
~.s is to be in addition to the ~65.0l4 which has bean
paid. Tt shall be assessed in equal annual. install-
ments for eighteen years with interest on the principal
at the rate of 6~ per annum.
