BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,.
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows;
1, It is hereby determined that the parcels hereinafter described
which front upon unimproved portion of Lakeshore Drive should not have
been assessed for a sanitary sewer trunk assessment (Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement No. 1) insofar as such assessment is based upon frontage upon
such unimproved portion of Lakeshore Drive. In lieu thereof,. it is hereby
determined to impose a hook-up charge against said parcels of land which
charge shall be payable if and when such parcels are divided and are
served by a sanitary sewer located in Lakeshore Drive. The amo8nt of etch
hook-up charge shall be the amount which such properties would have as the
assessment against such properties ~.f said portion of Lakeshore were im-
proved.
2. It is further determined that no further street oiling assessment
should be made against such parcels of land hereinafter described by
reason of •the frontage of such parcels upon the unimproved portion of
Lakeshore Drive.
3. To accomplish the foregoing the Village Mayor, Manager and Finance
Off icer are hereby authorized and directed to make the following adjust-
ments of sped al assessments with reference to the following described par-
cels of land, to be assessed in equal annual installments with interest on
the principal at 6% per annum.
