RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BB ASSESSED AND ORDBRING
PRBPARATION OF PROPOSBD ASSBSSMBNT FOR VILLAGB PROJECT
NOS 32.8
WHBRPAS, the village councilh~ heretofore ordered work done by day
labor for the improvement of all streets and alleys in the Village of
Richfield known as Village Project No. 328, 1956 Village-wide oiling pro»
gram, and
WHEREAS,. the net cost of construction of Village Project No. 328 has
been determined to be $140,47b.38, and of this cost the Yillage of Richfield
will pay $30,_820x08 as its share of the cost including its share as a pro»
perty owner, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a total of 843,510 as-
sessable front feet ag~iinst which the foregoing costs shall be assessed~~
NOW THBRBFORB, B B IT RBSOII'PBD by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield as fo Mows:
lx That the cost of Viil~.ge Project No. 328 to be specially assessed
is hereby declared to be $109,656.30.
2. That the assessable front feet against which such costs shall be
assessed is hereby declared to be 843,510.
3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared to be
thirteen cents ($0.13).
4. That the village clerk, with the assistance of the village engi-
neer, shall forthwith calculate the proper account to be specially assessed
for village Project No. 328 against each lot„ piece and parcel of land
within the Yillage of Richfield affected, without regard of cash valua-
tion, as provided by law,
5. The village clerk shall,. upon completion of such propbsed assess-
ment, file a copy thereof in his off ice for public inspebtion, and shall
notify the village council.

day of July 1957.
