RE50LUTI~N~AUTHORIZING OVER~iEAD STREET
LIGHTING CONTR~iCT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Pillage of
Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota:
1. A proposed agreement between Northern States
Power Company and the V illage ~ of Richfield entitled-,:
~~Overhead Street Lighting Contract" provid~:ng for the
furnishing of illumination for village street lights for
the five year period commencing January 1, 1958, is here-
by given Clerk's File No. 45g_Z and ordered to be placed
on file.
2. Said agreement is hereby approved and adopted and
the Mayor, Manager and Finance Officer are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the village.
3. All funds to be paid pursuant to the provisions
of said contract shall be paid out of the Street Lighting
Appropriation of the General Fund.
