RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PTNAAC ING OP PARK
PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT BY TRANSPER OP MONEY PROM GENBRAL
PUND TO PARK FUND
WFIEREA5,. The Department of Public Works' report on the co~struc-
tion and purchase of 'park playground equipment at a cost of $4pQ44.00
was approved Apxii 8a 19S? by the Village Council and given Clerk's
Pile No. C-4494, and
WI3BRBA5, certain commitments are being ~.de pursuant to said
report, and
WHEREAS, there are no available balances in the Park Pund to
cover said commitments.
NOW THEREPQRE BE IT RESOLVBD by the Village~Council of the
Village of Richf ieid as follows:
1. That a transfer of funds in the amount of $4,044.00 be made
from the General Fund to the Park Fund«
2. That said funds are made available out of the Contingency
Appropriation of the General Fund.
3. That said funds are hereby appropriated in the Park Fund for
park playground equipment ax thorized in aforementioned report..
4. That any unused portion of said $4,044.00 appropriation in
the Park Fund be restored to the Contingency Appropriation of the
General Pund,.
5. That the Director of Pinance be and hereby is authorized to
do all things necessary to bring into effect the provisions of this
transfer.
