RHSOLUTION ESTABLISHING VILLAGB PROJECT N0. 344
FUND AND PROVIDING POR TEMPORARY FINANCING OP
IMPROVEMENTS MADE THEREUNDER
WHEREAS, It has heretofore been determined that certain park
acquisitions and improvements are. to be made and the same financed
by the sale of general obligation bonds approved at the May 28, 1957
special election.
NOW THER8FQ1tB, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1, That Village Project No. 344 Fund is hereby established to
pro~.de for the receipt and expenditure of funds for purposes stated
above.
2. That such sums as are necessary to avoid an overexpendi-
ture in said fund are made available by temporary transfers from
the Liquor Store Fund.
3e That repayment shall be made to the Liquor Store Fund
without further action by the village council at such time as afore-
mentioned park acquisitions and improvements are financed by proceeds
from the sale of park improvement bonds.
Passed by the village council this 24th day of June, 1957.
