BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
(. THAT THE PROPOSED GEOMETRIC LAYOUT OF THE OFF-STREET PARKING AS CONTAINED
(N OFF-STREET PARKING APPLICATION N0. 57-1! IS HEREBY APPROVED SUBJECT TO AND UPON
COMPLETION OF PERFORMANCE OF THE CO N7RACT FOR SUCH OFF-STREET PARKING AS HEREIN-
AFTER AUTHORIZED.
2. THAT THE PROPOSED OFF-STREET PARKING CONTRACT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID
OFF-STREET PARKING AREA BEARING CONTRACT N0. 380, BE GIVEN CLERK~3 FILE N0. 457i ,
BE PLACED ON FILE AND TWAT THE MAYOR AND MANAGER BE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN SAID CON-
TRACT AND THE CLERK BE AUTHORIZED TO SEAL THE SAME FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THIS
VILLAGE.
3. THAT THE OFF-STREET PARKING OPERATORtS BOND FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE CON-
DITIONS OF SAID OFF-STREET PARKING CONTRACT (N THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED ($SOO.OO)
DOLLARS ON WHICH THE AETNA CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY, A CORPORATION OF HARTFORD,
CONNECTICUT, APPEARS AS SURETY, IS HEREBY APPROVED.
4. THAT RESPONS181LiTY FOR THE PROPER UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF SAID OFF-
STREET PARKING LOT SHALL REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFF-STREET PARKING LOT
OPERATOR 1N ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 2.09.
