RESOLUTION CANCELLING A LIABILITY OF
THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT N0. 1 TO THE LIQUOR
STORE FUND
WHEREAS, it is desired to bring the Special Assessment Funds
into proper balance, and
WHEREAS, in Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 Fund, the
liabilities exceed the assets by $27,61$.1$, and
WHEREAS, there is an existing liability due to Liquor Store
Fund in the amount of ~40~000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of
the Village of Richfield as follows:
1. That-the cash balance of X9056.59 ~.n Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 1 Fund be used to partially satisfy the liability
to the Liquor Store Fund.
2. That the balance of X30,943.41 due the Liquor Store Fund
is hereby considered as a permanent transfer of funds to Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No, 1 Fund, and thereby cancelled as a liability
of the latter fund.
3. That the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is,
authorized to do all things necessary to bring into effect the
provisions of this resolution,

this 10th day of June, 1957.
