RESOLUTION N0. 1352
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT N0. 1 TO CONSTRUCTION FUND OF THE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT GROUP AND CLOSING CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, there is an over-expended cash balance of ~7,153.~.0
in the Construction Fund, and
WHEREAS, there has been a transfer of unobligated balances from
various special assessment funds to the Construction Fund, and
WHEREAS, there remains an over-expended cash balance of X5,038.87
in said fund, and
WHEREAS, there is a balance iri the asset account known as t~Amount
to be Provided from Village Shared in the amount of x.,368.75, and
WHEREAS, all other costs of the improvements under the Construction
Fund have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1. That money be provided to cover the over-expended cash
balance by a transfer of $5,038.87 from Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 1 Fund.
2. That the asset account ~-Amount to be Provided from Village
Share~~ is satisfied by the transfer in nln above.
3. That the Construction Fund shall no longer exist as an
accounting entity.
1~. That the D3xector of Finance be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to do all things necessary to bring into effect the pro-
v3.sions of this resolution.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
10th day of June, 19,57.
