RESOLUTION N0. 1351
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF UNOBLIGATED
BALANCES IN VARIOUS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUNDS TO COVER
OVER-EXPENDED BALANCES TN VARIOUS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
FUNDS, AND CLOSING VARIOUS SPEGIAL ASSES~JENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, there are unobligated assets consisting of cash X6,673.7?
in the 1954 Storm Sewer Construction Fund, and cash X175.72 in Vi-11$~e
Project Nom 281 Fund.
WHEREAS, there are balances consisting of an amount to be provided
for village share ~lt,734.96 in Village Project No. 225, and over-expended
cash $7,153.x.0 3n Construction Fund, and
WHEREAS, alI other costs of the improvements under the various
projects have been satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1. That pursuant to authority contained in the Laws of 1955,
Chapter 811, Section $, Subdivision fit, the unobligated assets in the
195l~ Storm Sewer Construction Fund and Village Project No. 2$1 Fund
be transferred to Village Project No. 225 Fund to satisfy the amount
to be provided by village share.
2. That the resulting unobligated assets in the amount of ~2,17.1a..53
from one above be transferred to the amount to be provided from village
share account of the Construction Fund.
3. That the Special Assessment Furxis 1954 Storm Sewer Construction,
Village Project No. 225, and Village Project No. 281 shall no longer
exist as accounting entities.
That the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is, authorized and
directed to do all things necessary to bring into effect the provisions
of this resolution.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
10th day of June, 1957.
