RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRAIVSPER OF A BALANCB PROM
VILLAGB PROJECT NO. 327 TO COVER A LIABILITY OP
VILLAGE PROJECT PUND 330 AND CLOSING TI~IB LATTER PUND
tn1~IEREAS, There is an amount of $606.47 due Improvement Bonds of
1956 Series A Sinking Fund in Village Project Pund No. 330p and
WElEREA5, There are no available assets in said fund 330, and
i~HEREAS, There is an amount of $1,905.83 reserved for future
construction in Village Project Pund No. 32?, and
WHEREAS,, Both village project funds were financed from the pro-
ceeds of the single bond issue of 1956, and
Wf-I$RBAS, There are no further costs to be charged against fund
330
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1, That the necessary assets in Village Project Fund No. 330
be transferred from Village Project Fund No. 32? to satisfy the lia»
bility of fund 330.
2. That Village Project Fund No. 330 shall no longer exist as
an accounting entity.
3. Th2et the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is, authorized
to do all things necessary to put into effect the provisions of this
resolution.
