RESOLUTYON AUTHORIZING CAA'CBLLIA~ AN AMOUNT
DUB LIQUOR STORE FUND AND CL(~ I1~G VI LLAGB
PROJBCT FUND NO. 16Z
WIIBRFAS, There is an amouflt of $784.70 due the Liquor Store Fund
in the Village Project No. 162, and
WHBRBASq Ali other costs of improvements under Village Project No.
162 have been satisfied, and
[~Vf~RTsAS, There is a cash balance of $309.78 in said fund.
NOW THBRBFORB, BB IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1, That the unobiigated cash balance of $309.78 be transferred
to the Liquor Store Pund.
2. That the balance of $474.92 due Liquor Store Fund is hereby
made a permanent transfer of funds from the .Liquor Store Fund.
3. That Village Project No. 162 shall no longer exist as an
accounting entity.
4. That the Director of Pinance be, and he hereby is, authorized and
and directed to do all things necessary to bring into effect the pro-
visions of this reso lotion.
