NO. 315 AND TRANSPERRING QLL ASSBTS TO THE PERMANENT
IMPROVBMBNT REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, Resolution Noi 1049 dated February 13, 1956, authorized
transfer of $1017+26 from the Permanent .Improvement Revolving Fund to
cover the esti~da.ted expense'~of the .preparation of the assessment ro115
fot' Village Project No. 31.5 ~ and
;t~REAS~ Such assessment roils 1~atre been prepared at a ccist of
$414,196; and .
WHEREAS, There are no further casts to be charged against this
project,
NOtnl, TfIDREP~tB, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1.' That the remaining assets, consisting of cash in the amount
of $602.30 be transferred to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Pund.
2. That Village Pro ject No. 315 shall no longer exist as an ac-
counting entity.
3. That the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is, authorized
to do ail things necessary to bring into effect the provisions of this
resolution.
