NC~V, THEREFORE,, BB IT RESOLVBD by the Villa.g~ Council of the
Village of Richfield as fo llowss
1. That assets in the amount of $981.10 consisting of cash in
depository be transferred to the Permanent Revolving Fund.
Z. That Village Project No. 229 shall no longer exist as an
accounting entity.
3. That the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is, authorized
to do all things necessary to put into effect the provisions of this
resolution.
