RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TH8 PINAI+TCIATG
OP GBRTAIN TMPROVEMBNTS AT ALiGSBURG PARK
WHEREAS, It has been determined that there are existing parking-
problem5 at Augsburg Park on 72nd Street between Nico liet and Pleasant
Avenuesr and
WH}3R}3AS„ The Village Bngineer has been ordered by lotion of the
Village Council to construct a parking area at said park,, and
k1~iBR13AS, The cost of the parking area is estimated to be $1000.00,
and
WHEREAS, This expenditure was not provided for in the annual park
budget, nor do any surplus funds exist in the Park Fund to finance same,
NOW THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVBD By the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield,.
lA That an amount of $1000.00 be transferred from the contingency
appropriation of the General Fund to the appropriation of the Park Pub.
"2. That in the event the actual costs are less than the estimatted
costs: ail unexpended balances of this transfer shall be returned to the
Contingency Appropriation of the General Pund without further council
action.
3. That the Director of Finance is authorized and directed to do
all things necessary to put into effect the provisions of-this resoiu~
tion.
