RBSOLUTION AUTK~tIZTNG TEMPORARY Z___.__ -_ _ -__--
LIQUOR STORB FUND TO PARK FUND
WHEREAS, Payment of $12,000.00 has been made on May 1, 195? pursuant
to authorization for purchase of property contained in Resolution No.
1300 and designated as the North 330 feet of Lot li, Richfield Gardens,
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No: 1300 further provided that such sums shalE be
paid out of the Park Pund, and
[~RBAS, There are not sufficient unappropriated monies in the Park
Pund to finance such purch~,.se,
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield as follows:
1. That a temporary transfer of $12,000 be made from surplus funds
of the Liquor Store Pund.
2. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to
do ail things necessary to put into effect the provisions of this resolu-
tion
