BB TT ABSOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,. Minne-
sota, aS fO110WSi
1. The village council of the Village of Richfield has heretofore
determined and does hereby find and declare-that it is necessary and e~
pedient for the village to make improvements of the park system of the
village and to provide money therefor by the issuance of the negotiable
coupon bonds of the village in the amount of not to exceed $155,000 as
authorized by Chapter 475, Minnesota Statutes.
2. The va.llage council of this village has further determined and
does hereby find and declare that it is necessary and. expedient for the
village to make certain betterments to the village hall of this village
and to provide money therefor by the issuance of the negotiable coupon
bonds of the village in the amount of not to exceed $170,000 as author-
ized by Chapter 475, Minnesota Statutes..
3. This village council has further determined and does hereby
find and declare that it is necessary and expedient for the village to
construct a street equipment garage for this village and to provide
money therefor by the issuanc a of the negotiable coupon bonds of the
village in the amount of not to exceed $130,000 as authorized by
Chapter 475, Minnesota Statutes.
4. The «t~uuestions of issuing bonds for such purposes shall be sub-
mitted to the voters of-the village at a, special election which is here-
by called to be held on May 28th„ 1957 and the village clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause notice of said election to be given by
posting notice at least ten (10) days prior to the date of said election
in three C3) public places in the village and by publishing said notice
at least one (1) week prior to said date, in the official newspaper of
the village.
5. The clerk shall cause suitable ballots to be prepared for said
election in substantially the following form:
