HOOK-UPS OAT XERXES AVENUE INTO SEWER OPERATING
FUND
WHEREAS, an agreement dated October 8, 1956 has been con-
summated between the Village of Richfie Id and Village of Edina
permitting sewer hook-ups by Edina residents to Richfield
Sanitary Sewer System, and
~.JtiEREAS, payments for hook-up made under said agreement
will be made to the Village of Richfield, and
WHEREAS, there is no provision in the 1a•ws or ordinances
pertaining to the disposition of such monies received.
NOW, TriL4'REFOktE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of
the Village of Richfield as fo Vows:
1. That all payments received undex terms of above men-
tioned agreement shall be credited to the Sewer Operating Fund.
2. That expenditures of amounts so received sha 11 be
made in accordance with provisions of Ordinance No. 2.07,
Section 12.
