BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed agreement entitled "Agreement Kelating
to Telep~,one Booths on i'ubli~rroperty" is he reby given
Clerk's File No. c~ and ordered to be placed on file.
2. Said, agreement is hereby approved and t;ie Mayor,
Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the V311age of
Richfield .
