RBSOLUTION NO. 1317
RBSOLUTION RELEASING COLLATBRAL - RICHFIELD
STATE BANK
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows
1. That the council authorize the release of the follow-
ing securities heretofore pledged as collateral by the
Richfield State Han&: .
$100,000 in Federal Intermediate Credit Banks, 3.20,
dated 8/1/5b
2. That the council determines that the amouztt of
$222,000 stilt pledged bq the Richfield State Bank is .
sufficient collateral and no substitution will be required.
3. That the Director of Finance be authorized to do all
things necessary to effect this release.
