B8 IT RBSOLVBD By the'Viilage Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin Countyb Minnesota, as follows:
1. The proposed agreement dated March 11, 1957, between this Village
and the architectural firm of Bergstedt & Hirsch, entitled "Agreement for
Architectural Services", providing for the preliminary planning of addi-
tions to and alterations of .the village hall and for preliminary planning
on a village equipment garage and storage building, is hereby given Clerk's
Pile No. 4474 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined td be necessary and expedient to the
public healthA safet.yp convenience,. prosperity and general welfare for
this village to enter into said agreement and the wane is therefore ap-
proved.
3. The Mayorp Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Village of Richfield.
4. All sums to be paid to the architect pursuant to said agreement
shall be paid from the Village Hall Appropriation of the General Pund.
5, There is hereby transferred from the Contingency Appropriation
of the General Fund to the Village Hall Appropriation of the General Fund,
the sum of $2,500.00.
