RESOLUTION NO. 1307
RESOLUT.[ON RELEASIAiG COLLATERAL RICHFIELD
STATE BANK
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
1. .That the council au thorise the release of the following
securities heretofore pledged as collateral by the Richfield
State Bank:
$5,000 in'Lac Qui Parle County, Minn. Ind. Sch.
Dist. #75, Bch. Bldg. Bond of 1952, 2.25°10
2. That the co until determines that the amount of $322000.00
still pledged by the Richfield State Bank is sufficient collat-
eral and no substitution will be required.
3. That the Director of Finance beauthorized to do all things
to put into effect this release.
Passed by the Village Council of-the Village of Richfield this
11th day of March „ 1957.
