8E IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin Countq, Minnesota, as follows:
1. There is hereby created a new position classification
in tine ginance Department to be known as nSpecial Assessment
C1erkTM, which position shall be at Range ? of,the schedule of
compensation for village employees. Such position shall be
effective March lb, 195? .
2. On said date. the position of Clerk-Stenographer now.
occupied by Helen Nielsen, with compensation at Range 4, Step
