BE IT RESt~LVED By the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Tt is hereby determined to be.necessary and ex-
pedient to the public heel th, safety, convenience, prosperity
and general welfare of this village to acquire for park pur-
poses,-the fallowing described parcel of land in the Village
of Richf field, County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to-
wit:
The PTorth 330 feet _of West Half (t^~z) of
Lot Twelve (12) Richfield Gardens, according
to the map or p~.at thereof on file and of
record in the off ice of the negister of Deeds
in and for the County of Hennepin, i~innesota.
2. The Village Attorney, Mayor, Manager and Finan e
Officer are hereby authorized and directed to take any and a~1
steps necessary and to acquire said parcel of land by eminent
domain proceedings.
3. All costs, expenses and awards in conneetio~i
with the acquisition of said parcel of land shall be paid out
of the £ ~itk Fund .
