RESOLUTION RELATING TO ALLOCATION OF COUNTY FUNDS

W:°iETKEAS, the County Engineer of Hennepin County has
provided this village with estimates of t?~e village's sha:^e
of the cost of improving by concrete surfacing certain county
highways in this vills ge, the location aad estimates of the
village share of cost of such improvements being as follows,
to wit:
66th Street from approximately one-half block west
of Lyndale Avenue to !'enn Avenue -- $122,263.00.
66th Strut from First Avenue to Cedar Avenue -
$189,394.G0.
f~enn Avenue from 6~nd~Street to 68th Street -
$?4,862.00, and
1vT;IEREAS, it appears desirable that such improvements
be made,

of the Village of ilichfield, I~;innesota, as follows:
The Village of Richfield hereh* requests that the Board
of County Commissioners of Hennepin County make the budget
allocation of County funds needed to construct the of orp-
mentioned improvements during the 1958 construction season,
and that Hennepin County take such other steps as may be
necessary to provide for the r~akin.g of said improve~~ents during
the year 1958.
