TRAs~'S ~ , FROM LIQUOR STORE FUND TO TYiE
PARK FUND
WHl"REAS, Expenditures fot the year 1956 i~ the Park Fund
exceeded budget appropriations 3n the amount of X3192.69, and
WFSEREAS, actual revenues were short of estimated revenues
in the amount of P431.18, and
WIiE~EAS, the surplus balance of X1536.10 in the Park Fund
is insufficient to cover the deficit amounts in the 195b budget,
and
WAS, it is desired to provide additional revenues to
cover said deficits. .
NQ~T, THQtEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Vilaage of Richfield as follows:
1.That an amount of '2087.77 be transferred
from the Liquor Store. Fund to the surplus account
of the Park Fund to cover the balance of stated deficits.

2.That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to do all things necessary to affect
the provis3.ons of this resolution:
