RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ArPLICA`rIJN FOH CONVEYANCE

BE TT _~ESOLVED Dy the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
t~ennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
~~ 1. It is hereby determined to be necessary anal ex-
pedient to the public health, safety, prosperity, convenience and
general welfare to acquire for park and recreational purposes the
following described property, to-wit:
T~lock Three (3), dome Acres 2nd Adcition,
according to the plat thereof on file or
of record in the off ice of the Register of
Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.

2. Z`hat inasmuch as it is the intention of the Council
to acquire said tract and other tracts in the vicinity of said
tract as a party and recreational area, the Mayor and Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to make appiic.ation for the con-
veyance of said tract to the Village of Richfi eld by the Commis-
sioner of Taxation pursuant to provisions of Minnesota Statutes
1949, Section 282.01.
3. That the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide certif led copies of ti~is resolution to the County
Auditor and the Commissioner of Taxation. in support of said
application.
